We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Eligible for Return

- • Unopened food & spice products
- • Unworn clothing and textiles with tags attached
- • Handicrafts and gifts in original packaging
Not Eligible for Return
- • Opened food or consumable products
- • Custom or personalised items
- • Items returned after 7 days
- • Items showing signs of use or damage by the buyer
How to Start a Return
Email us at Merodeliveryusa@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
