How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Do you ship to all US states?
Yes! We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Contact us at Merodeliveryusa@gmail.com as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. See our Returns page for full details.
Products & Quality
Are the products authentic?
Yes. We source our authentic products directly from Nepal and import them ourselves — every item is hand-picked and quality-checked before it reaches your door.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes! Many products have bulk pricing available for restaurants and retailers. Look for the "Bulk Price" badge on product pages, or visit our Retail & Restaurant catalog for our full wholesale range.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and debit cards via Stripe. All payments are secured with SSL encryption.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We never store your card details. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
